Spelling Bee Information:
All 4th and 5th graders are invited to participate in Homestead’s annual Spelling Bee. The contest begins with a written spelling test, Students who qualify will move on to the oral spelling bee on . Homestead’s top four spellers will move on to the District Spelling Bee
If you would like to participate in the school spelling bee, you should start studying! 4th and 5th grade parents were emailed a list of words to study for the school spelling bee. Our school spelling bee will be focused on just spelling as usual; however, the district, state, and national bees are adding a vocabulary component this year. We also emailed a spelling list with vocabulary included for your students to study if they are interested.
